EMERGENCY OWNER RECOVERY

Report a compromised Owner account.

Knowing an Owner email is not enough to disable an account. Without a valid one-use recovery code, GREY records a case for Platform review but does not quarantine the account.

With a valid code, GREY immediately places the account in Emergency Restricted state and revokes active sessions. Without one, only a review case is opened.
RECOVERY AFTER QUARANTINE
No other Platform Owner available?A recovery-code verified Owner can authorize a replacement recovery email without depending on another Platform Owner. This requires a different unused recovery code from the one that triggered quarantine.
GREY accepts this only for an account already quarantined by a valid recovery code. The second code is consumed atomically and cannot be the code already used for quarantine.
